Chaotic and unfriendly towards minorities - Anonymous employee Duck Creek Technologies Employee Review

Company is a bit chaotic as approaches are constantly being redefined. Org structure is changing and employee turnover is high. Company is not friendly towards minorities. Very few non-white males are hired into or are at senior level positions. They are also unfriendly towards women - for example, management didn't want to extend a visa of a worker who was pregnant, laid off another woman while on maternity leave and made yet another woman who came back from maternity leave travel a couple of days upon return. They also shortened maternity leave for women while making it longer for men (from 2 weeks to 4). Company keeps acquiring other companies to claim more functionality but all of these companies are not integrated well. Quality of their product is questionable as well. Career opportunities are limited and many people have left for that reason alone.
