Pros
Benefits are decent, pto is generous. There are some nice, smart people in pockets, but they all see the writing on the wall and are trying to leave.
Cons
So much turnover, even at the executive level. Poor leadership. Awful training if you can call it that (LinkedIn learning isn't training). Too much focus on DEI when in reality, the company is going downhill and the focus should be on the business. We were told bonuses will be very low this year. Many are just waiting until payout to leave. Stock is in the garbage.
