Annual pay raises are arguably some of the worst out there - even with a solid review. While most people don't expect companies to match these crazy inflation numbers, Duck Creek is nowhere close. Even in normal inflationary periods, pay raises are low. Unfortunately it amounts to a sizable annual pay cut.
