Pros
Duck Creek Technologies was staffed by phenomenal people. The company grew quickly and opportunities for advancement and growth abounded.
Cons
In 2011 the company was sold to Accenture. As with most changes, both this new phase for the company presented both positive and negative aspects. I left the company shortly after the sale due to a new opportunity in another industry. However, many of the peers I knew who remained reported that the sale to Accenture changed the culture - that it was still a good company to work for but not "great" as it once had been.
