Pros

Fun place to work, interesting field and nice new tech stack, great coworkers, leadership is not half bad, most diverse workplace I've ever been in.

Cons

The work life balance can be great at times and bad at others. It is very team dependent though. Your requirements shift quickly. Obsessed with AI and optimization.

Pros

Great mission, talented coworkers, and historically strong benefits. The company also used to place a real emphasis on diversity and building an inclusive workplace.

Cons

**Overall Rating: ★★☆☆☆** I worked in RevOps at Dutchie, and while I believed in the mission, the day-to-day experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was leadership. In my experience, executives weren't very transparent about decisions or the direction of the company. Priorities changed constantly, communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like leadership was disconnected from what teams were actually dealing with. Major decisions would be made with little context, leaving employees to figure things out after the fact. RevOps was especially frustrating. The team spent more time reacting than improving anything. Ownership was unclear, processes weren't well defined, and it felt like we were constantly putting out fires instead of fixing the root causes. The data was another major problem. Reporting wasn't consistently reliable, metric definitions seemed to change depending on the audience, and there was little confidence in the numbers. Too much time was spent manually validating reports instead of using data to make better decisions. The culture also wasn't a good fit for me. Expectations were high, but support and planning often weren't. Raising concerns didn't feel productive, and it was easy to feel burned out. There are talented people throughout the company, and I genuinely hope things improve. But based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Dutchie to someone looking for a mature RevOps organization with strong leadership, reliable data, and clear direction.
