Dynacraft, Plano has been around for a year so even though its a part of a large company it still has a start up spirit. If you are someone who wants to do more than you are given to do and are enthusiastic about change then this is the place to be.

Lack of communication Lack of an understanding of a job they are hiring for HR doesn’t take issues seriously Coworkers don’t like if you have disabilities Lack of good trainers/training Double standards and favoritism They don’t “check on you” once you’re thrown in your area Not a supportive environment They are non union and give you two ten minute breaks
