Lack of communication Lack of an understanding of a job they are hiring for HR doesn’t take issues seriously Coworkers don’t like if you have disabilities Lack of good trainers/training Double standards and favoritism They don’t “check on you” once you’re thrown in your area Not a supportive environment They are non union and give you two ten minute breaks
