      Pros

      It’s a good company to work for. Good scope for learning and growth opportunities are pretty good too. Good Compensation. HR people are great, they are very friendly. Overall, if you want to learn stuff and work with good people then this is the place to work at.

      I like everything about this company and culture, it’s a good company. I do not have any cons to write.

      Benefits/competitive pay PTO No mandatory overtime Set schedule

      Cons

      Lack of communication Lack of an understanding of a job they are hiring for HR doesn’t take issues seriously Coworkers don’t like if you have disabilities Lack of good trainers/training Double standards and favoritism They don’t “check on you” once you’re thrown in your area Not a supportive environment They are non union and give you two ten minute breaks
