Terrible culture of 'this company has been making profits for years, we don't need to change anything' Zero automation or innovation; ancient technology is preferred for lower cost No preventative maintenance program at all No mentorship or training program at all Promotions almost exclusively based on loyalty/'experience' and not ability No accountability within management; groups will wait for others to volunteer to do their jobs for them before figuring out issues themselves and that seems to be tolerated Very poor bonus, raises and wages
