Dynamic Recycling is dedicated to creating a work environment of high integrity, service and fun and am sorry to hear that your experience at Dynamic Recycling did not match our intentions. We believe that autonomy is extremely important and do our best to foster growth and innovation through freedom of choices. With that said, like most companies, there are specific tasks and duties which each team member must comply; however we are vigilant in not micromanaging our Team Members.
