The owners are two of the nicest people you will meet. they would definitely give you the shirt off their back’s. They want the best for you and their company there’s just things they don’t see or know about

Cons

It is very dirty, Lead particles floating in the air, heater never works, A few of the managers and higher-ups are well under trained and unfit for the position they are in

With that said, it is disappointing to see that you had an unfavorable experience and wouldn’t recommend Dynamic. The culture has changed dramatically! Management is horrible. Most of them from the top down do not know what they are doing. The Management is a revolving door. Do not trust Management at all. Coworkers will report you for anything leading to many good employees to being disciplined or fired. HR is a joke and can't be trusted!
