I truly felt valued and appreciated at Dynamic. My work always felt like it mattered, which made it incredibly fulfilling. I couldn't recommend this company enough to interested candidates. If you're hardworking and looking for a truly awesome team, this is your place!

I often found the company was growing so fast that communication in regards to change was not as clear as it could have been.

The culture has changed dramatically! Management is horrible. Most of them from the top down do not know what they are doing. The Management is a revolving door. Do not trust Management at all. Coworkers will report you for anything leading to many good employees to being disciplined or fired. HR is a joke and can't be trusted!
