All of my team is so understanding of all the changes we are making to make Dynamic a Great place to work. We work hard everyday and I am so grateful to have Co-workers that are just Great people. All of my fellow Supervisors are great and our willing to help me or my team.

Cons

To many meetings, need more face to face time.

The culture has changed dramatically! Management is horrible. Most of them from the top down do not know what they are doing. The Management is a revolving door. Do not trust Management at all. Coworkers will report you for anything leading to many good employees to being disciplined or fired. HR is a joke and can't be trusted!
