As many others have previously mentioned, ENAVATE is a company that is financially in turmoil, no new sales or growth, only shrinking in size and at a super fast rate, leadership is NOT transparent and have flat out lied to the employees about the state of the company. Company has gone through countless layoffs, furloughs which ended up in layoffs, and even had company-wide pay cuts all within the last year and a half. The CEO continues to lie to his employees and pretends everything is great while he is off taking vacations out of the country. He tries to communicate a hopeful future by sending out weekly Friday emails with talk of client meetings and potential deals but nothing new has been signed (no ink on paper)!! It’s ALL a bunch of talk and hype to try and convince employees to stay and to try and stop the masses from exiting! He is running the company into the ground and only cares about himself and his Vision 2020 plan which is a complete joke (he had to re-do his Vision 2018 and change to Vision 2020 plan b/c he wasn’t even close to making his numbers and still isn’t)! Have gone through several CFO’s and current one has been here over 6 months but still no change! No pay back of Q3/Q4 2015 bonuses as promised, no pay back of money lost from pay cut time period as promised, and they are still having layoffs and good people resigning weekly. There are less than 35 people left in the US and the number continues to drop in Eastern Europe as well. The only hiring is to replace people who have left who were billable. This all goes to prove the company is in major financial trouble!
