Pros
Team - we've been through a tough times, as many businesses do sometimes. But our team keep together, we care of each other and of our company. We all did what ever was needed to get business were it should be.
Transparency - I never saw the business were each employee knows were we are. Leaders are not hiding any information from the employees. We all can see how we contribute to our own success.
Projects - after 2 years, we have build great list of projects. Our clients are big and challenging. The projects are complex but always interesting. We are able to fight any requirements, and prove how strong we are.
Culture - I cannot say we have it clearly defined in all aspects. But what we definitely have is a unique blend of Europe/US work ethics. We get best of both worlds. We work hard, but also keep the work life balance. Many different ages/mentality people work as united team. Our diversity makes us unique on the market.
Leaders - it was time when I would not put this into Pros. But after 2.5 years, our leaders team seems to be finally forming in the right way. We are hiring top guys but each is different. Everybody brings a fresh and interesting view of the business. Leaders setup is changing most often in the company, but every change makes them stronger, so this is a constant development process.
Vision - my last but not least Pros point. Everything started getting better after Thomas released a company vision. It was strange, since we were going through the tough times. But it turned out to be a great move. We all know where we are going, what are our core values, were will we be. We all can deliver our part to the company success.
Cons
Some would say that we are a start-up, and they would be right. We still don't have all processes figured out, and we are behind on many areas due to quick growth for last 12 month. But I would say that the way we are developing, growing as a team is one of the proof how strong we are.
