Pros

Great software add-ons to AX.

Cons

CEO lies to his staff and has no sense of reality. All of his original team (those he hired plus those that came with the acquisitions) quit of their own accord yet he says he forced them out. His social media posts are laughable. He owns the company or otherwise would have been fired within the first 90 days of launch.

It is always sad to read reviews like yours. It clearly shows that we have failed as a leadership team to communicate effectively to you as a team member at Enavate. We strive to be truthful and transparent about our business, with the goal of leaving no ambiguity about who we are, where we are and where we want to go. Working at a young company is not for everyone. We have certainly had our share of challenges but it is because of our committed team members and our willingness to push through together we have come out stronger and ready for the road ahead. We are certain we have a strong team set for the future and a social media presence that is being valued by our followers. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Enavate's current atmosphere is one of team building and opportunity. There is a lot of career growth to be had if you approach the job with the right mindset. The career growth often leads to promotions for existing team members. Benefits are pretty nice, especially the unlimited PTO and not having to worry about how many days you can take off each year. Employees are empowered to bring their ideas forward and guide their own role in some capacity. There is a lot of flexibility in the roles and how individuals can contribute to the overall company vision.

Cons

Enavate is a business at the end of the day. Sometimes that means difficult decisions must be made about layoffs and reductions. That is the unfortunate reality for most companies, not just Enavate. Company goals tend to be overly optimistic. It's great to aim for the stars. But sometimes it's hard to translate those goals into actionable items for the individual teams.
