Pros

The culture, if embraced by the employees is great. Work from home encouraged.

Cons

Two years ago a large amount of employees from another company were brought into the company. This has wreaked havoc on the culture and direction of the company. Only a few original employees remain. The systems built have been discarded and there is much encouragement for the new employees while those who built the business have been discarded. Sad to see new leadership lean toward using only talent from the new group of people. They need to decide what to focus on.

Thank you for your feedback. At Enavate, we do indeed have a unique and caring culture. That culture is something we take great pride in. As we grow this business, at a very rapid pace, it takes time to assimilate new Team Members. It also requires us, as a living organization, to challenge our processes and define the optimal path forward for the organization. This to ensure that Enavate remains a team of thought leaders, innovators and business enthusiasts who remain one step ahead in an ever-changing market. Thank you for what you contributed to the Enavate journey and we wish you all the best on your next role. All the while know that at Enavate, We transform businesses and the lives they touch. To us, it’s personal.

Pros

Enavate's current atmosphere is one of team building and opportunity. There is a lot of career growth to be had if you approach the job with the right mindset. The career growth often leads to promotions for existing team members. Benefits are pretty nice, especially the unlimited PTO and not having to worry about how many days you can take off each year. Employees are empowered to bring their ideas forward and guide their own role in some capacity. There is a lot of flexibility in the roles and how individuals can contribute to the overall company vision.

Cons

Enavate is a business at the end of the day. Sometimes that means difficult decisions must be made about layoffs and reductions. That is the unfortunate reality for most companies, not just Enavate. Company goals tend to be overly optimistic. It's great to aim for the stars. But sometimes it's hard to translate those goals into actionable items for the individual teams.
