Pros

Overall, I had a great experience working for Enavate. It was the first company where I truly felt like a part of the team where everyone was willing to help even though we working remotely. - Great culture built around team members, and work-life balance. - Amazing teamwork, everyone is willing to help you with anything that you might need even outside of work. - I meet a lot of great people that I will stay in touch with for a long-time. I will be glad to always reach out to them for advice as I have while I worked there. - Hands-off management that allows you to do things your way, it helped a lot with creativity, and decision making was much faster.

Cons

There are a lot of positive things that I can write about Enavate when it comes to their future plans and how they treat current team members, but all of them lack strong leadership who actually know how to make decisions. - Salary raise is a difficult subject, for me, it seems like when I had a conversation with my direct Manager that they on purpose tried to avoid it. Regardless of my performance or how I started the conversation, my salary requesters were always denied without a clear explanation as to why was it denied. - Planning your growth was impossible, I was told one thing when I accepted a job offer but it kept changing with every feedback session that I had. Also, every time my leader would change I would get different goals and expectations for my growth. This happened at least 3 times. - I was hired for one role, but in reality, got another one when I joined with a lower salary than what I requested while performing the job that I was originally hired for. - Most of the Senior Management is inexperienced (they grew with the company) and no one wants to admit that they need to be replaced in order to achieve Vision 2024. - Vision 2024 is an amazing plan, but lack of leadership experience is going to destroy it. Every hick-up that happens the C-Level panics and changes the short team plan that in the end changes the long-term plan (Vision 2024). - Managers in charge of sales are making wild predictions that are never achieved and no one is questioning them about it, but everyone's bonus depends on it. - It is true that Enavate's Glassdoor score is partially tied to company goals, on every All Hands meeting they would share the slides of the review ratings.

Pros

Enavate's current atmosphere is one of team building and opportunity. There is a lot of career growth to be had if you approach the job with the right mindset. The career growth often leads to promotions for existing team members. Benefits are pretty nice, especially the unlimited PTO and not having to worry about how many days you can take off each year. Employees are empowered to bring their ideas forward and guide their own role in some capacity. There is a lot of flexibility in the roles and how individuals can contribute to the overall company vision.

Cons

Enavate is a business at the end of the day. Sometimes that means difficult decisions must be made about layoffs and reductions. That is the unfortunate reality for most companies, not just Enavate. Company goals tend to be overly optimistic. It's great to aim for the stars. But sometimes it's hard to translate those goals into actionable items for the individual teams.
