Pros

Enavate's current atmosphere is one of team building and opportunity. There is a lot of career growth to be had if you approach the job with the right mindset. The career growth often leads to promotions for existing team members. Benefits are pretty nice, especially the unlimited PTO and not having to worry about how many days you can take off each year. Employees are empowered to bring their ideas forward and guide their own role in some capacity. There is a lot of flexibility in the roles and how individuals can contribute to the overall company vision.

Cons

Enavate is a business at the end of the day. Sometimes that means difficult decisions must be made about layoffs and reductions. That is the unfortunate reality for most companies, not just Enavate. Company goals tend to be overly optimistic. It's great to aim for the stars. But sometimes it's hard to translate those goals into actionable items for the individual teams.
