Plenty of work Equipment Customer base Hard working people trying to make a living Home every day or night for at least 10 hours

Plenty of work not enough employees Home every day or night for at least 10 hours Changing schedule days off with out a notice or compassion of what going on in a person life This was actually said to an employee (It was your choice to have kids not mine) Pay rate well off the pace Upper Management out of touch Middle Management spreading rumors about money and raises to keep employees Destroying your home life do to lack of quality people to do the job
