Pros

Good benefits Most people are courteous and nice

Cons

Below market pay... sometimes significantly Rife with politics, especially the higher you are in seniority. My SVP was more preoccupied with protecting her image and exhibited extreme nepotism Over worked and under resourced Talented people have low morale... they pay just enough for them to stay and tolerant all the BS while not motivated to give their best work

Pros

I gained valuable experience working with customers and processing different banking transactions. The environment was professional, and I learned how important accuracy and teamwork are in daily operations. My manager was approachable, and I always felt comfortable asking questions when I needed help.

Cons

Some days are much busier than others, especially when the branch has a high volume of walk-in clients.

Pros

This was a great place to start and develop my banking career. I received proper training and was given opportunities to take on more responsibilities over time. The work helped improve my communication skills and attention to detail. I also enjoyed working with supportive colleagues.

Cons

There can be a lot of paperwork and compliance requirements, but that's expected in the banking industry.
