Pros

You get banking experience and some coworkers are good people trying to survive the same environment.

Cons

This job became exhausting fast. Unrealistic targets, constant pressure, and management always asking for more while giving very little support. It felt like employees were only valued for numbers. You work hard, deal with difficult clients, stay late when needed, and still it never feels enough. Morale was low for a reason. I left frustrated and honestly resentful about how employees are treated.

Pros

I gained valuable experience working with customers and processing different banking transactions. The environment was professional, and I learned how important accuracy and teamwork are in daily operations. My manager was approachable, and I always felt comfortable asking questions when I needed help.

Cons

Some days are much busier than others, especially when the branch has a high volume of walk-in clients.

Pros

Everyone worked together during busy periods, and the branch developed a strong team dynamic.

Cons

The workload kept increasing without enough additional support. Customer queues, reports, compliance tasks, and sales expectations all competed for your attention throughout the day.
