My manager was approachable, and I always felt comfortable asking questions when I needed help.

Some days are much busier than others, especially when the branch has a high volume of walk-in clients.

End-of-month and payday periods were especially demanding. It wasn't unusual to stay late to finish reports or complete pending work. The pace became difficult to sustain over time.
