Pros

Good people, easy to work with and smart, generally supportive of each other. The bank is growing in a very tough market and very well run to survive the downturn.

Cons

Moderately political, long hours, little recognition so unrewarding, constant layoffs, low morale, little opportunity to make a difference, and not in a very exciting niche in the market.

Pros

EastWest Bank is ideal if you want hands-on experience in banking. The work is fast-paced, especially in branch operations, but it’s rewarding to see clients satisfied with your service. The company provides tools and training to handle daily banking tasks efficiently.

Cons

High customer volumes can make days stressful, especially for tellers and account managers.

Pros

Stable employment with opportunities to develop banking knowledge.

Cons

No matter how much effort you put in, it never felt like enough, and overtime slowly became part of everyday life.
