I have been working here for 3.5 years and it is a great culture-based bank. Exceptional service is the goal that we are working to achieve. I like that the Bank pays great attention to the customer experience. Since we are located in the heart of Pasadena, we are surrounded by great food and entertainment, which means there is always something good to eat for lunch! The bank gives employees a broad array of responsibilities so each individual can develop their skills and grow as a person. The benefits are great as well; very competitive low month to month premiums. Also, East West Bank is one of the few banks headquartered in CA while still having an international presence. East West Bank is going places!
