      Highly community involvement and friendly environment for patients. Patient care is a premium.

      Benefits are limited and network of physicians is not the greatest for the Bay Area. Staff and work environment is fragmented. Teams and departments work in silos and not as a unified organization. Diversity is in name only and not actually in action.
