Low Company Morale - Anonymous employee Enerflex Employee Review

The morale in the company has been steadily declining since the market turned in late 2014. Between the layoffs and the employees that have voluntarily left, the company is hemorrhaging employees. This only makes the morale lower, as the remaining employees seem to have an ever increasing work load. The work life balance has been especially poor lately, and the pay does not reflect the increased workload and responsibility of many employees. As people have left, there is a growing sense of disorganization and a general lack of direction at the company.
