Pros

Enerflex (Totomont) when it started in houston was a family like company with a Team like feel that was led by a great leader . Unfortunately that leader (Jerry F) retired and down hill from there

Cons

Managment takes credit for what the true workers do and pats themselves on the back. They don't listen and are the most arrogant people. Over the last four years, all the people that made Enerflex great have left. There is NO room to advance .

Promotions are based on race , departments like human resources and document control are made up of a single race. Systems demonstrate that if you want to be promoted you have to be a particular race . Less chance of promotion if you are not
