      Here we work WITH our senior management team, rather than working FOR them. While we cannot be included in big picture decisions, we are asked for input when an appropriate time comes about, before it is too late.

      Cons

      This is a smaller company, and the opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited; especially if you don't want to be a bank president.

      Pros

      Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

      Cons

      Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.
