Pros

Pay was on time and the health insurance is cheap.

Cons

They take advantage of employees using the "family culture" guilt trip. All of the leaders and most of the employees have a terrible "I'm better than you" attitude and they will remind you of this belief constantly. There is no diversity in leadership.

Pros

This company is a smaller / medium sized bank that is constantly growing. There is potential to advance with the company. The smaller size gives it a more desirable culture than the mega banks. You accrue PTO quickly!

Cons

One of the downsides that I personally faced was that I started when Covid forced our company to isolate and keep socially distanced. This greatly limited my interaction and training--as I had to be remotely trained in an experimental way. Because of the downsized staff, my manager was constantly busy and I never received proper training on many things, giving a 'sink or swim' sort of feel. In addition to that, the company is growing so quickly and has many inconsistencies in policies and procedures--once you think you're starting to get them down somebody at HQ decides to change them (often arbitrarily). I feel like this company is growing too quickly and leaving an unstable foundation in its wake.

If you're a woman, you don't want to work here!

Pros

It is very difficult to find any Pros at this company, but I will try. Benefits are adequate but not the best in the industry. A wellness plan has recently been established so they've caught up to the current decade at least. They do focus on upgrading systems and software and strive to stay current. Training and communication are lacking.

Cons

This company is run by men who still have the "good old boy" attitude. Women have their place and it's certainly not here. Enterprise Bank is a male dominated culture and there is no getting around the gender bias. It's accepted and those who do recognize it, look the other way for fear of their own jobs. They continue their attack against women and claim to be "diversity focused" but don't believe it. They most definitely do not "practice what they preach". Steer clear of this place.
