Pros

Working for Enterprise Bank brings a variety of perks, especially within this department. The wire department is a versatile department that is made of associates who prioritize teamwork and communication. The role is a heavily dual controlled role, and being a fully remote department has had very little to no impact on ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Management is flexible and understands the importance of work/life balance. Monthly one on one meetings and weekly team meetings are held with associates to provide updates and to touch base with one another. Enterprise Bank offers many different ways to stay communicated with other departments, and greatly encourages continuous learning and development.

Cons

The department relies heavily on other electronic banking departments to make client contact, which encourages a lot of back and forth within emails and prolongs solutions to problems that may arise. Much of the stress within the department is related to other departments not properly filling out client forms, which in turn causes inconveniences to both the bank and clients alike.

Pros

Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

Cons

Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.
