      Having worked for many banks over the years I can say that Enterprise Bank & Trust is the most sincere, caring, thoughtful employer I have ever worked for. Communication is great, salary is "ehhh", but that is made up for in the work environment. Stable, consistent and honest! Great benefits as well.

      Cons

      The only negative is the pay.

      Pros

      Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

      Cons

      Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.
