Can have a "Fly by the Seat of the Pants" feel during large rollouts and bank acquisitions. You have to take charge of your own development. Does not have the highest salaries in the market, but still competitive.

Pros

Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

Cons

Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.
