Pros

They highly value continuous improvement and like to hire from within. There are plenty of learning opportunities provided to employees. They have an active DEI council with many BRGs. They recently established wellness committee that provides resources for their employees.

Cons

Compensation has improved over past few years; however, it does not adequately reflect the workload and market value.

Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

Cons

Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.
