Pros

If liking the people and environment you work with are important to you, then Enterprise Bank is worth considering. The people and culture are great and the executive leadership are kind, caring, and make an effort to visit the different areas of the bank and to get to know team members. The benefits are also pretty good, with very generous vacation time.

Cons

The pay isn't the worst, but it's not the best either.

Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

Cons

Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.
