      Pros

      Enterprise Bank has a really good culture. There are of course opportunities for improvement, but generally everyone I work with here is kind.

      Cons

      Sometimes experiences differ across departments. It would be nice for there to be a more consistent value proposition for employees no matter their funciton.

      Pros

      Fellow staff employees are honest great working people.

      Cons

      Executive management are very corrupt and are the reason for the multitude of problems at this bank, especially in California, including substantial loans problems and problems with moral. The current market manager is a snake in the grass and doesn’t know what she is doing. The executive C level team back in Missouri are clueless and desperate.
