Despite the fast-paced demands of our industry, there is a close-knit, family-like atmosphere where colleagues are genuinely invested in each other's success. Cross-functional teams collaborate seamlessly, an open-door policy encourages the sharing of diverse insights, and an approachable leadership team prioritizes mentorship and professional growth opportunities. This supportive, cooperative environment fosters mutual respect, inclusivity, and a spirit where every voice is valued. The strong bonds and collaborative spirit motivate employees to bring their best selves to work, knowing they have a supportive network behind them, making challenges feel surmountable and successes all the more rewarding. I left a company after 21 years to work at Epic, and every day I feel so lucky to have this amazing opportunity.

      Cons

      In all honesty, I cannot identify any significant drawbacks or cons to working at Epic Staffing Group. The supportive culture, ample growth prospects, and excellent work-life balance make it an exceptional place to be employed, with any potential challenges being far outweighed by the numerous benefits. Epic Staffing Group is truly an exemplary employer without any cons worthy of mention.

      Can be hard to build connections - the engagement team is great but it's still mostly virtual connections.

      Pros

      The support given by contract manager, not having to negotiate the contracts myself and having a third party handle that for me.

      Cons

      Lack of stability, having multiple supervisors and managers due to reporting to both the school site and the contractor. A lot of miscommunication when too many people from different companies are involved. Also school staff are not very friendly to contractors because they know you’re there short term.
