      Pros

      The work/life balance here is truly unmatched. We work hard, but there's so much respect for life outside of work! The leadership truly cares, and they are invested in their people at all levels of the organization They're also not afraid to take risks, which means if you're someone who likes to get things done, you can make big things happen here very quickly!

      Cons

      The only challenge here is really the rapid growth and change. Epic is in the process of transitioning from a mid-sized company to a larger corporation, so if you're not comfortable with a lot of change and gray areas, this might not be the best place for you right now. But with that comes the positive - there's a lot of room for growth and development!

      Remote-first workforce is a huge benefit - love the flexibility and supportive leadership

      Cons

      Can be hard to build connections - the engagement team is great but it's still mostly virtual connections.

      Pros

      The support given by contract manager, not having to negotiate the contracts myself and having a third party handle that for me.

      Cons

      Lack of stability, having multiple supervisors and managers due to reporting to both the school site and the contractor. A lot of miscommunication when too many people from different companies are involved. Also school staff are not very friendly to contractors because they know you’re there short term.
