Pros

I really enjoyed my early time here. I met good people in the Service and Software team, My Service TLs were suppportive ( some more than others ) and they did alot to keep me when I got offered another job from elsewhere. I got promotions because I worked hard and rewarded because of it.

Cons

Ah were to begin. GPDR being breached daily. Tier 1 agents in the Service team pressured into making Sales as revenue has been brought back in to their KPIs but were brought on board with the company with "no sales" Illicit substances consumed on site and it being "accepted" because they are Sales. Certain behaviours by staff that would warrant authorites involvement but cannot disclose here . ( use your imagination ) and it being glossed over. If your female, young and pretty, avoid. Changing the goalposts on peoples commisions midway through a month. People sleeping with the people that report to them. Management not recording people sick which results in people being overpaid and having to pay the company back. The toxicity between Service TLs and there teams. Jesus, you're all on the same team.

Pros

Its a great company. this place is full of inclusion. everyone is welcomed and celebrated.... This Is not Old School Corporate... Its not stuffy and stale its new and vibrant the energy in this building is infectious. HR is Top Tier Amazing and my trainers were very good at their jobs.

Cons

The ONLY con so far is that my desk is far away from the beautiful 20th floor ceiling to floor view over looking the city lol but i will work my way closer to that window view
