Cons
Technology is outdated in some areas and makes it harder to be efficient. Some employees are bitter because they do not want to change or are lazy. Work schedule changes constantly. You only know your schedule about 2 weeks in advance. You may start work at 7:55 AM on Monday, then 10:15 AM on Tuesday, 9:30 AM Wednesday, 8:15 AM Thursday, and 10:00 AM Friday. In addition to your 30 of 45 minute unpaid lunch you only get two paid 10 minute breaks. As in any customer service job some customers are rude and unreasonable.
