Poor work life balance - Customer Service Representative Equitable Employee Review

Horrible customer base. Probably some of the worst customers I have ever dealt with in my 10+ years of working. Management is decent but don't expect them to care about any personal tribulations or issues. Families are not important. If you're a single parent don't even worry about it. They don't care if your child is sick, they don't care if you're sick and dying, they don't care anything about what goes on in the personal life of their employees. All they care about is hitting production numbers and meeting goals...at the expense of their employees. Constant IT issues, programs rarely work, constant issues which make working more difficult.
