Flexibility, uncapped earnings, nice office, helpful staff
Cons
Split pay grid between advisory and proprietary assets. RBG space (schools) is crowded with too many advisors. and the constant stream of new hires. Is difficult to make good income your first year, but this isn't Equitable's fault, just industry issue in general when starting out trying to grow your own book
