Pros
I learned what a bad work environment is, and to be independent with my work while still getting everything done correctly and on time without managements help. -Close to the beach
Cons
-I was working overtime and it turns out they don't pay overtime so my manager adjusted my hours to be under the overtime limit and I never received that pay for those hours worked. -My manager was never in the office, and when our team needed help they were unresponsive to emails, texts, etc. -They offer one free meal a day in their cafeterias, but the food is INEDIBLE -Pay is not competitive, you have to beg for a raise -They offer discounted rooms but only when they feel like it so don't even try -Negative work environment and zero interference from manager -Benefits are basic -Due to covid, mistakes regularly occurred with employee paychecks and paperwork. -Very little remote time available -Treated like a administrative assistant -Management allowed disrespectful employees behavior -Too many approvals to go through for one simple task -Offices are falling apart -HR does not offer any help and does not feel like they are their to protect employees
