The energy in the catamaran kitchen is weird Managers suck and will try to manipulate you into working days you can’t (especially holidays). Higher positions in the kitchen were in some sort of relationship with eachother, tips were definitely not fair. Managers will literally break rules and then be super strict on you on dumb stuff (like socks to wear). The head chef thinks he owns this place. Also so many people would just not show up to work because of how managers wouldn’t listen to you about availability— so it would screw over other workers.
