You will get the opportunity to work many hours.

Cons

HIGH TURNOVER RATE. Was training new people constantly and then just to have them leave a week later. Turnover is high in almost every FOH/BOH position. Also, there’s four to five managers who are never on the same page and are always exercising different rules and standards.
