Major changes in senior leadership in the past several months. No one seems to know what they are doing in management and it’s frustrating for lower level staff. New CEO claims he’s all about transparency but is never in the office and never does what he says he is going to do. He appears clueless. He put a raise freeze on staff and laid off many staff and then promoted and gave big raises to senior level staff. Make it make sense.

BECKY....she is the only con I have...She fired me because my two year old nephew was diagnosed with non Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer and I had to leave or be late a lot because his life was dangling in the air for about a month...I ultimately won through unemployment but she is what makes working their hard. Many client complaints also about her and one other counselor.
