Pros
Very, very smart people. I have never worked with such a sharp group of people in one organization. The talent here is astounding. There is a strong innovative and collaborative culture. Everyone is encouraged to think creatively and work together to solve very complex problems. They look out for their employees and heavily promote employee health and wellness. The office environment - from the organization structure to the physical office space - is conducive to the culture and builds strong bonds between the teams. It is extremely faced paced and entrepreneurial. The company really lives its mission and values.
Cons
The face paced environment and rapid growth of the company definitely leads to an intense work schedule. Work/life balance is a high priority goal of the company but not always achieved. Coming into the company and getting up to speed with the high level of work they do can feel like joining an ice hockey but playing in flip flops.
