Pros

Unlimited time off, 1 month Sabbatical after 5 years, remote work, fun work

Cons

The company is constantly "right sizing" and laying off a number of employees across the board at least quarterly. If you're not in the clique, your job is at risk. Sr management seems fake, talking about how much they care for the employees while laying off very frequently.
