Yikes, there’s a lot of unpack here… First, glad to hear that you think you’re fairly compensated. Thanks for providing feedback on your experience, although it sounds like it’s not been a great one. The politics and lack of proper financial planning that you mention are not in any way aligned to our goals as an organization.
