Pros
Young crowd, fast paced, most of senior management is approachable and really seems to care about all employees. The company tries really hard to accommodate all schedules, lifestyles, and cultures.
Cons
If you get a good supportive manager, your job will be challenging, but fun and enjoyable. If you get a non-supportive, insecure, moody and unapproachable manager, this place will become your worst nightmare. Your chances are 50/50. Be prepared for tons and tons of work. 12 hour days in the office, and checking emails 24/7. This company talks a lot about work/life balance, but doesn't practice what they preach.
